Shadelands is a forty-year-old business district in Walnut Creek, California. Home to over 300 businesses, it offers more than many realize, yet awareness of its offerings within the community remained low.

MINT launched a new brand for Shadelands, reintroducing it to the community with a renewed sense of purpose. By identifying its core strengths, MINT developed a crisp and compelling call to action—“Embrace Vitality.” This message unified Shadelands’ diverse offerings, including healthcare, a farmers market, businesses, childcare, pet care, restaurants, lifestyle amenities, an arts center, and sports venues, all promoting a lifestyle centered on health and well-being for the family-focused neighborhoods surrounding the area. The primary objective was to educate the public on how they could access multiple services in a single visit, making Shadelands a valuable asset in their daily lives.
